The Landing Festival has revealed the schedule for its inaugural event, which is set to take over New Orleans’ newly renovated South Shore Harbor this Saturday and Sunday.
The festival will feature two stages–the conveniently named Arrival and Departure stages–with a variety of musical acts switching between them throughout each day. On top of that, The Landing has confirmed that there will be fireworks displays before the headlining performances on both Saturday and Sunday.
Speaking of headliners, Galactic will be closing things out on Saturday, while Grace Potter is scheduled to wrap up the festivities on Sunday. Galactic’s show will be preceded by a set from Cake, and Dr. Dog will take the stage before Potter.
Additionally, each day will also feature a brief performance by a local marching band, with the Sophie B. Wright Charter School leading the charge on Saturday and West Jefferson High School holding things down on Sunday.
Gates are set to open at 11am on Saturday and Sunday, and music will begin at 11:30am. Other artists on the lineup include Eagles of Death Metal, Trampled by Turtles, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Soul Rebels, North Mississippi Allstars & Anders Osborne present: N.M.O., Lil Dicky and many more.
Tickets for the Landing Festival are available on the festival’s website and the full schedule can be found here.
