Vile is also known as a founding member of popular rock band The War on Drugs, which he left in 2009 to focus on his solo work. He later contributed to the band’s 2011 release Slave Ambient.

Tickets for Kurt Vile & The Violators will go on sale this Friday, January 22 at 11am.
