The People United for Armstrong Park will hold a launch party from 12:30-3:00p.m. at Perseverance Hall where it will unveil this fall’s Jazz in the Park concert series lineup. Perseverance Hall is located within the grounds of the Jazz National Historic Park. There, Nola Brewing Company will provide beverages, and event organizers are promising live music – though they’re remaining tight-lipped about who’ll play. The party will also hold a silent auction. This fall’s seven-week concert series will begin on Thursday, September 20 and continue each Thursday evening through November 1.
