The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced it will accept applications for bands wishing to perform at the 2018 Festival through Sunday, October 1, 2017. Approximately 85% of the bands selected to play at the Festival are Louisiana-based performers. Competition for the remaining slots at the Festival is highly competitive.

All qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their application online before midnight on Sunday, October 1, by visiting www.nojazzfest.com/apply

Those who do not have access to the online application can mail or drop off press kits to:

The organization is requesting only one submission from each applicant.

Press kit must include a recording, bio, photo, press clippings, and contact information. A current e-mail address is required if you wish to receive application status notification.

The 2018 New Orleans Jazz Festival takes place April 27 through May 6.
