The 13th annual Louisiana Cajun-Zydeco Festival takes place in Louis Armstrong Park in New Orleans June 22-23. The two-day, free event produced by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation showcases musicians who preserve and push forward the region’s famed genres: Cajun and zydeco.
This year, GRAMMY-winning Cajun band Lost Bayou Ramblers will perform a closing set, as will GRAMMY-nominated Dwayne Dopsie & the Zydeco Hellraisers. Check out the full lineup and schedule below:

In addition to music, the Cajun-Zydeco Festival serves up great local food, with a focus on Louisiana oysters, shrimp, catfish, crab, boudin and alligator. There will also be a crafts fair, activities for kids and requisite cooling mister fans.
