GRiZ! I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was to shoot this show. GRiZ’s ‘Ride Waves Tour: Season Two,’ had a more than anticipated stop here in New Orleans featuring dope openers The Funk Hunters, and I enjoyed it from start to finish.

If you are knowledgeable of GRiZ, you know that this is his last true on the road tour and he didn’t hesitate to give it all he had. He had so many musicians on the Fillmore stage. Singers, rappers, he played the sax (which is always so fun to watch from him!), he had the lasers, the strobes, the projection screen lit, and the bass was beyond heavy.

The crowd was mesmerized, dancing the set away, singing all the words, and not being able to look away from the stage because it was just that visually appealing. This tour is nothing short of amazing, if you’re into EDM/Funk/hip-hop…GO! And definitely check out GRiZ’s latest album.
