After a successful December concert with Allen Toussaint, New Orleans guitarist and band leader Deacon John Moore will headline the next Friends of the Cabildo Concert at the Old U.S. Mint, Friday March 22 at 7 p.m. Moore and his band, the Ivories, will perform at the Old U.S. Mint’s 3rd-Floor performance space. The 175-seat venue is a $4 million joint venture of the Louisiana State Museum and National Park Service. The venue includes a full recording studio and web casting capabilities.
