The second annual Foburg Music Festival kicks off the weekend after Mardi Gras, March 11-13. Scheduled the weekend before South by Southwest in Austin takes place, it catches many indie artists on their way to Texas, with headliners this year including Das Racist, Ra Ra Riot, The Hood Internet, Toro y Moi, T-Bird and the Breaks, and Lafayette’s GIVERS.
