The first-ever NOLA Crawfish Festival will bring plenty of great music and crawfish to NOLA Brewing Co.’s Tap Room between the first and second weekends of Jazz Fest (Monday, April 25 to Wednesday, April 27). Artists like George Porter Jr., Anders Osborne, Jon Cleary, Nigel Hall, John Gros, Ivan Neville, Papa Mali and more will perform in various configurations while attendees feast on thousands of pounds of boiled crawfish courtesy of Chris “Shaggy” Davis. On top of all that, the mini-fest’s final day will feature a 20 team crawfish cook-off that will be judged by a panel of local musicians and chefs.
