We’ve teamed with the Troubadour, New Orleans’ newest boutique hotel, to offer a complimentary one-night stay (based on availability) in the Big Easy.
Housed in a 17-story landmark building in the CBD, the “free-spirited” hotel from boutique chain Joie de Vivre hopes to bring a creative energy combined with the authentic culture of the Crescent City to its guests.
The 184-room Troubadour has taken over the long-vacant Rault Center at at 1111 Gravier Street, which was recently added to the National Register of Historic Places. While maintaining the historic exterior, the interior was redesigned to bring the retro and modern together to reflect New Orleans’ eclectic personality.
Chef Phillip Lopez (Root, Square Root, The Test Kitchen), a New Orleans local, will helm the hotel’s culinary offerings. Those include family-friendly bistro Petit Lion, the Lobby Lounge bar, and Monkey Board, a rooftop venue with live entertainment and installations from street artist Stikki Peaches. Local bartender and bar-owner T. Cole Newton (Twelve Mile Limit) is also on board to design The Troubadour’s cocktail program.
Rooms at The Troubadour can be booked here, but we’re also giving away a one-night stay. Enter below for a chance to win!
