Daniel Caesar live at the Fillmore New Orleans on September 7, 2019 was an absolute dream. Opener KOFFEE was a great fit for this show. A little reggae/island vibe put the crowd in the mood to sway and really set the tone for Caesar.
Daniel Caesar to anyone that knows him has a soulful and more mature sound. He reminds me of a romantic Frank Ocean. His vocals were beyond impressive, sounding almost, if not better, than his actual album. Not only was his band beautifully orchestrated to play all of our fan favorites, but they played in absolute harmony with Caesar’s sultry and mesmerizing vocals.
