Joe Gatto, the accomplished comedian and actor, is set to perform at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans on May 11. Gatto is best known for his work on the popular TV show “Impractical Jokers” and his contributions to the comedy group “The Tenderloins.” Gatto hails from Staten Island, a borough of New York City that has produced many notable comedians, including Pete Davidson.
Gatto’s work with the Tenderloins has taken him to some of the largest venues in the world, such as Madison Square Garden and London’s O2 Arena. In addition to his live performances, Joe has made a name for himself on television. He began appearing on “Impractical Jokers” and “The Misery Index” in 2011.
Gatto’s hard work paid off in 2020 when he helped produce Impractical Jokers: The Movie, which grossed $10 million at the box office. He also decided to try writing and authored his first book, The Dogfather: My Love for Dogs, Dessert and Growing Up Italian.
Although Gatto took a brief break from comedy and entertainment, he has recently returned to the spotlight. He has appeared on popular podcasts such as “This Past Weekend”, hosted by breakout star and Louisiana native Theo Von, and co-hosts his podcast, “Two Cool Moms”, with fellow comedian Steve Byrne.
Gatto is touring the United States with his stand-up comedy show, “Joe Gatto’s Night of Comedy.” If you’re interested in seeing Joe Gatto live, you can purchase tickets ranging from $40-$140 on Ticketmaster now.
