SECOND UPDATE: Due to overwhelming demand, Chris Rock has added a third New Orleans show to his tour. The comedian will now perform at the Saenger Theatre on Monday, March 27 26, in addition to his shows on Sunday, March 26 and Saturday, March 25.
Grammy and Emmy Award winning comedian, actor, director, writer and producer Chris Rock will bring his comedy show to New Orleans’ Saenger Theatre on Saturday, March 25.
Rock’s upcoming performance will be a part of the Total Blackout Tour, the famed comedians first outing in over nine years.
Rock’s was first launched to stardom in 1989, when he became a member of the Saturday Night Live cast. He went on to become one of the most popular comic of his generation and starred in films like Grown Ups, Head of State, Death at a Funeral and Dogma. Rock is also a best-selling author and has hosted the Academy Awards on two occasions.
Tickets for Rock’s New Orleans show will go on sale this Friday, December 9 at 10am.
