Family-friendly Halloween fun takes over Dutch Alley in the French Quarter for Boo Carre Halloween Haunt on Saturday, October 19.

A free event produced by French Market District and aimed primarily at kids, Boo Carre (a play, of course, on Vieux Carre) features live music, tons of activities, a “Spooktacular Second Line” and some classic trick-or-treating opportunities. Kids in costume can get a free tote back to store their candy, while supplies last. Check out the lineup:

10:30 a.m. – Bamzy Baby Productions

11:45 a.m. – Marine Forces Reserve Brass Band

1:00 p.m. – Johnette Downing

2:00 p.m. – NPS Arrowhead Band

3:15 p.m. – Kinfolk Brass Band featuring the Spooktacular Second Line
