Last week, the Roots, Bootsy Collins, Galactic, George Porter Jr. and Runnin’ Pardners, Robert Walter’s 20th Congress and a cavalcade of bands descended upon Live Oak, Florida’s Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park for the seventh annual Bear Creek Music and Arts Festival.
