Comedy Central will shoot the new season of its stand up comedy program, The Half Hour, at the Civic Theater in New Orleans next week.

If you haven’t RSVP’d for those live tapings then you may still have time to do that. But even if you don’t, you can still see some of the same up-and-coming comedians during a special pre-taping warm-up at Barcadia in the Warehouse District on Wednesday, June 1.

Three comics that will appear on the next season of Half Hour–Mike Recine (Conan, the MTV Video Music Awards), Nick Turner (Late Night with Seth Meyers and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon) and Naomi Ekperigin (Broad City and TruTV)–will each deliver a set at the event. On top of that, there will also be a rowdy performance from local burlesque dancer Trixie Minx.
