Author Michael Harriot and Jarvis DeBerry: Black AF History

 Acclaimed columnist and political commentator Michael Harriot discusses his compelling new book, “Black AF History,” on Monday, July 29, from 6 to 9 p.m.  at 1030 Elysian Fields Avenue, New Orleans, LA.

Baldwin & Co. is hosting an exclusive author talk and book signing event featuring Michael Harriot, whose latest work, “Black AF History,” has garnered significant acclaim. This event will offer attendees a unique opportunity to engage with Harriot, known for his incisive wit and meticulous research, as he presents a retelling of American history through the lens of Black Americans.

The evening features  a discussion with Harriot in an in-depth conversation with Jarvis DeBerry, a distinguished journalist and columnist. DeBerry, who has an impressive background, including a Pulitzer Prize for Public Service and numerous awards for his writing, will delve into Harriot’s insights and the critical narratives presented in “Black AF History.”
