New Orleans’ rich French heritage will be brought to life again as the Alliance Française de La Nouvelle-Orléans (1519 Jackson Ave) celebrates its annual Bastille Day Fête on July 14, 2023, at 6 p.m. Attracting locals and visitors alike, the Bastille Day Fête is a tribute to the French national holiday and a celebration of the enduring French influence on New Orleans.
Guests can eat crêpes, sip champagne, and immerse themselves in French music throughout the night. The entertainment lineup will proceed as follows:
7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: Anais St. John
8:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Les ReBelles
9 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.: DJ James Carpenter
9:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.: Pardon My French
11 p.m. – 12 a.m.: DJ James Carpenter (Franco House)
In addition to the music lineup, there will be more activities for attendees at Bastille Day Fête. Children can join in during the Petite Bastille hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., where they can participate in various games. Meanwhile, a costume contest will start at 9 p.m.
Tickets for this celebration are available for purchase in advance at the cost of $10 or the door for $15.
