Algiers Fest – presented by Algiers Development District, Algiers Development Corporation, and the Joint Development Committee – takes place Saturday, October 7. Focusing on the military and its extended community, the event will feature live music, food trucks, drinks, and child-friendly activities for the entire family to enjoy. The full music lineup and performance schedule has been announced, and can be seen below:

– Jon Cleary w/ Special Guest Walter “Wolfman” Washington:  5:40-7:00p.m.
– The Victory Belles:  4:20-4:50p.m.
– Geno Delafose and French Rocking Boogie:  3:00-4:00p.m.
– The Soul Rebels:  1:30-2:30p.m.
– Little Freddie King:  12:00-1:00p.m.
– Marine Corps Band:  11:00-11:30p.m.

The Fest takes place at Federal City in Algiers from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and is free to the public. To honor the military, there will be hourly raffle giveaways to active duty military personnel. For more information, please visit the Facebook event page.
