The lineup for the 2023 Abita Fall Fest has been announced. The festival this year begins on Friday, October 20, with the Fall Fest After Dark, and continues through Saturday, October 21 at Abita Springs Trailhead Park. The fest prides itself on being a family-friendly event for all ages.
Since its inception in 2019, the Abita Fall Fest has been a highlight on the calendars of locals and tourists. Designed to celebrate Louisiana’s art, music, and culture, this festival has successfully brought Grammy Award-winning national acts and talented local performers to Abita Springs.
This year’s festival lineup includes an array of performers, including Marc Broussard, who is coming off of the release of his album Blues For Your Soul, Tyler Farr, Lost Bayou Ramblers, Imagination Movers, Strange Roux, Christian Serpas & Ghost Town, who was featured by OffBeat in 2021, and many more.
The festival will also feature The Kids Zone, which will entertain children with face painting, a petting zoo and various other activities. Attendees will be able to eat a variety of local dishes available for purchase throughout the event.
General admission tickets are priced at $20 for the Fall Fest After Dark on Friday and $25 for Saturday’s Abita Fall Fest.
The Abita Fall Fest’s goal is to provide both an entertaining weekend for attendees and an opportunity to support the local community. As a non-profit event, proceeds go towards fostering art and culture in Abita Springs and supporting the town’s growth and development.
