Co-founder Oliver Manhattan, along with organizer Cree McCree, and a lineup of talented creators, including Howlpop, Calamity, Liz Blaz, Dees-Guise, Cherry Swan, Mess Queen, Karen Holley, King Charles, Chandra Lemming, Rain, Emiliana Stein, and Pixie Dust, among others, will present an eclectic array of one-of-a-kind Carnival creations.
