2024 LUNA Fête Returns To Gallier Hall

2024 LUNA Fête, the city’s annual celebration of art, light and technology, returns for its 11th edition this November 14-17, illuminating downtown New Orleans from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly. Created and produced by Arts New Orleans, this visionary event demonstrates the power of art to transform communities. The event features large-scale light installations, immersive exhibits and dazzling projections.

This year’s festival will span from Gallier Hall to Piazza d’Italia, transforming the heart of New Orleans into a playground of light and imagination. Centered around the theme “Melody & Mythology,” LUNA Fête will take attendees on an artistic journey featuring LED lights, laser displays and projection mapping installations. A premier highlight will be the projection on Gallier Hall.

In addition to the art installations, LUNA Fête will offer multiple experiences to delight both newcomers and returning festivalgoers. Along Lafayette Street, a sponsor-branded block party will welcome visitors into the festival grounds, leading to a light and music experience at Piazza d’Italia. Private groups can reserve a LUNA VIP Suite for an exclusive viewing experience, while the family-friendly Little LUNA Kids Corner will invite young children to dance, play and interact with special art installations designed just for them.

For those seeking an elevated festival experience, the LUNA Lounge, presented by the Downtown Development District, offers a VIP oasis on-site. VIP ticket holders can enjoy complimentary bites, drink tickets exclusive art installations, and dedicated restrooms.
