The 2019 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience, New Orleans’ premier Halooween-season festival, returned to City Park October 25-27. Despite getting off to a soggy start on its first day, the festival delighted tens of thousands of music fans, who came to see performances from the likes of iconic rock band Guns N’ Roses, plus Beck, Post Malone, Denzel Curry, Bassnectar and many more.
