The Arcade Fire (Friday, May 6) are in Los Angeles to perform at the Grammys on Sunday night, and while there, they visited radio station KROQ to record an acoustic session. Here are videos of them in the studio performing “Month of May” and “Ready to Start” from The Suburbs.

In other Grammy news, the Avett Brothers (Friday, April 29) and Mumford and Sons (Friday, April 29) will perform a tribute to acoustic music with Bob Dylan on the Grammy telecast. Mumford and Sons are nominated for two awards: Best New Artist and Best Rock Song for “Little Lion Man.” Cyndi Lauper (Thursday, May 5) will perform at the Grammy pre-telecast, the afternoon event when many of the awards are given that takes place before CBS starts its broadcast at 7 p.m. Central.
And the Strokes’ (Saturday, May 7) new album, Angles, will be out March 21. Its cover are has been unveiled and Namco is planning on videogame inspired by it. (not really, but look at it ….)
