In the immortal words of Frank Zappa, Woodenhead is a band with no commercial potential—and damn proud of it. Never mind being the last of a dying breed: as an instrumental prog/fusion, rock/jazz, classical/Celtic band, Woodenhead represents a breed that wasn’t too widespread in the first place. This month the band celebrates 40 years together overall, and a mere 35 years without a lineup change.
