You’ve been working in the family business, Vaucresson’s Sausage Company, since the age of eight. What have you learned?
Me and my older two brothers, what we learned was from our dad: ‘You’re going to get up early out of bed and come put in your time.’ Which when you’re young, you don’t always want to do that. Over time, you grow into more and more responsibility and by the time we were teens, we could produce anything the business needed. It was great.
