A definitive Slim Harpo documentary debuts at the Manship Theatre in Baton Rouge on January 26.

James Moore, the singer, guitarist and harmonica player known as Slim Harpo was interviewed in 1968 by music journalist Susan Cassidy Clark. This interview serves as the principal narration of the film. There is no known film of Moore performing, but several still photos.
