Don Kelly, lawyer and father of three, had a light bulb moment during his Hurricane Katrina evacuation. “I had this idea to do a benefit concert for children’s charities,” he says. So he founded Don Kelly Productions and even thought he had no experience in music or festivals, “A Joyful Noise” was a success.
