The cavernous wooden passageways of the weathered near the corner of Orleans and Broad are lonely on this Sunday night. On the second level, most of the tiny rehearsal rooms that line the walls are quiet and locked up tight; only a few of the 30-odd local bands that practice in these spaces are working tonight.
