Justin Wilson

Justin Wilson, humorist, chef, author, and all-around ambassador for the State of Louisiana, died September 5, 2001, of heart failure in Baton Rouge. He was 87. Wilson, who was internationally known for his downhome humor and television cooking programs, was born April 24, 1914, at Roseland, Louisiana.
