Here's the latest info on the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. There are quite a few changes at this year's Fest. In addition to more stages this year, the most noticeable to long-time fairgoers is that part of the Heritage Festival activities on the Fair Grounds Race Course will be moving inside the clubhouse (Guess the locals were complaining too much about the crowds on the infield).
