The French Quarter Festival is free, with 15 stages dotted throughout the Quarter. That’s a lot of stages and a lot of musicians from here and around the world. As they say in the ball yards, “You can’t tell the players without a program.” We can’t tell you the batting averages or ERAs of these musicians, but here’s a guide to the talent at the festival this year.
