En Route: Christin Bradford at the Empanada Intifada Food Truck

February 1, 2014 by: Carly Levenshon Leave a comment

What do you like about Empanada Intifada?

All of the empanada options are super yummy. I would have had them all if I had multiple stomachs and a hollow leg.

What did you order today?

I went with the Beana Vista. That plantain, black bean and coconut rice party had my name all over it, ha!

What do you like about food trucks?

I love that food trucks are in a war against hangovers. At least in my mind they are.

What would your dream food truck sell?

My dream truck would sell Thai and Vietnamese food.
