What do you like about Crepes a la Cart?
I like that they have sandwiches made of pancakes. Their food truck puts the fast in BREAKFAST and the ERRR in dinner!

What do you usually order here?
The hand-held ham—or as they call it, the Monte Cristo. It was somewhat of an inspiration for a song we wrote called “Meat Sweats.”
Where and when do you usually find them?
I only follow 3 people on Twitter: Juicy J, Michael Bolton and the Crepes a la Carte folks… So I always know where all of them are, at all times.
What do you like about food trucks?
It’s almost 2014. We may not have hover-skateboards, but we have mobile kitchens. I think progress is pretty nifty.
