So when a trio of chefs best known for pork preparations announced that they were launching a seafood-centric venture, some skeptics braced themselves for a sophomore slump. But at Pêche Seafood Grill, chefs Ryan Prewitt, Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski seamlessly transitioned their rustic-yet-refined culinary prowess from land to sea.
