New Orleans musicians rarely reach Hollywood notoriety, and if they do, it still seems unusual to actually see a local artist on the silver screen. For Earthbound, a comedy starring Kate Hudson that was shot in New Orleans in March, Ivan Neville of Dumpstaphunk wrote and performed the soundtrack.
