How is the lawsuit going?

I think it’s going well. The problem, of course, isn’t in the courts. It’s that the industry and the governor want the state legislature to kill the lawsuit and keep it out of the courts. So we’re meeting with legislators and they’re listening. We’re working with other groups to organize grassroots. We’re planning social media and advertising. We’re making progress.
